The EA Board (the name comes from the contraction of English - American) is similar to BlackBoard and CollegeBoard, but it is a higher education supporting database software designed exactly to the needs of EngAme clients and users applying to the universities and colleges and international students. The program serves for handling application elements, planning the applicant's admission in a workplan to make sure that he or she can make the most out of his or her educational background. The software also has an effective and user-friendly communicating system in which the clients can reach their mentors and vice-versa. So the assignments, standardized test-trials and essay submissions or corrections can be made through this system.

To gain access to the system, first the user has to Register. After it is done he can enter to the control panel, from which he can run the program once he joined EngAme's courses about university admission. To do this, the client has to Add an application course, by filling out the form in which he has to indicate which application system (more or less covering that which country) he would like to study in. Once the registration for a course has been settled, after the first seminar he or she will learn how to use the system. From this point the clients are only one step away from the start to use and organize their university applications using EA Board.

The last bit of requirements for an allowance to be able to log in and organize your application is to upload your Curriculum Vitae at the Control Panel. The applicants will learn how a strong CV looks like so that they can construct one for themselves which will be useful in their further studies.

After choosing the application system and entering EA Board the clients can pick the universities they plan to apply to. Afterwards, an automatically generated workplan will be inserted into the Workplan section to see what the crucial parts of that particular application are. The clients can edit or put some other, personal tasks and receive some feedback or attention for the work they have to do during the application process. They will find the necessary links, books and all the documents and sources that can help along their way towards success. The assignments and test are sent via Digital Drop Box system. It is a file transfer place where applicants can upload their personal statements, essays, resumes, recommendation letters etc. and they will receive some feedback and correction after the files have been sent back revised by their tutors. The forum provides a perfect place to share ideas, ask questions and get to know the other applicants and receive valuable thoughts and experience.
